Social

Pets are only allowed with a paid Pet Fee (non-refundable) of $300.00 for the first pet, and an additional fee of $150 for the second pet, if applicable. There is a limit of two (2) per apartment, no larger than 14” high and weighing no more than 25lbs fully grown.
No smoking of any kind is permitted in the apartment homes and breezeways.
